Is is safe/legal to order online?
We’re one of 150+ dispensaries in Canada that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. Local municipalties have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any gang affiliations.
That being said, there is still a risk on both ends as we are not working with any federal approval.
How is my order packaged and sent?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside. We ship via Canada Post to anywhere in Canada.
What is the payment process?
- Once you submit your order, you will the receive a email response with payment instructions
- Payment must made using Interac e-transfer.
- We will only accept your payment when we are ready to process your order
- Tracking number will be provided after we accept your payment
When will my order ship?
- We ship orders Xpress with Canada post Mondays through Thursdays
- Same day shipping requires orders and payment by 9am EST
- This does not mean that orders ship at 9am
- Orders placed after 9am EST will ship on the following shipping day
- Orders will not be shipped until your e-Transfer is accepted
- Orders will be shipped without a signature unless you purchase the signature required option
Why is my order on hold?
All orders are placed “on hold” until payment has been accepted. Please note that we will only accept your payment when we are ready to process your order.
What will happen to my order if I don't submit payment?
If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.
